Imperialist hands out of Syria!

Long live to the revolution!

Almost six years ago, Mohammad Bouazizi, a young unemployed, set himself on fire to death and, unknowing, he set on fire the Arab countries. 2008's Capitalist crisis had, and still has, a great impact, especially in those areas of the north of Africa and Central Asia; today the masses response is not the same. And like a gunpowder road this democratic revolution process extended to dozens of countries, with Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and Syria being the countries where the masses had their biggest strife's. In those countries anti-government rallies, vicious repressions, coup d'états, revolutions and civil war happened.

Particularly in Syria, a bit later the Tunisian revolution and the triumph of the rebellion in Libya, the rallies for democracy are brutally repressed by the Baath regime run by Bashar Al-Assad. The Syrian Armed Forces (SAF) splits and the Free Syrian Army (FSA) appears, taking control of most of Syrian cities at the time. By creating the Syrian National Coalition (SNC), the FSA was indirectly controlled by imperialism through Qatar and Saudi Arabia, countries that financed and military supported them. These two countries, along with Turkey, financed the jihadist groups like Jabhat Al-Nusra and Daesh. Daesh (which it's a split of Jabhat Al-Nusra) heads from Iraq to Syria's levant in order to create it's own caliphate. And just in 2014 the PYD-controlled area, Rojava, started to take a decisive role in Syrian Civil War and revolution as a reaction to Daesh's advance. Playing after that a progressive role, with the women's militias of the YPJ as a distinctive force by making Daesh to retreat it's forces from Rojava. And to this situation we must ad Erdogan's government two-objective action; in one hand he support's NATO, on the other hand he supports Daesh by buying them Iraq's petroleum, so Daesh can face the Kurd's forces in Syria, because Rojava it's a vital support for Kurdish separatism from Turkey. To all of this, in 2014, the USA and other European imperialist powers bombed (with Al-Assad permission) Daesh's position and, in 2015 final months, Russia intervened too against Daesh, but at the same time against the FSA.

Another factor aligned with both the USA and Al-Assad is Iran, that cannot allow to let Daesh's Sunni Caliphate to exists. It first intervened through Lebanon's Hezbollah and after it helped Iraq's army, while negotiating treaties for nuclear development with the USA.

In 2016 first months the political direction of Rojava, the PYD, negotiated with the USA and NATO the imperialist forces entry to Syria, making them a counterrevolutionary force from that moment on; just like it was the FSA when they asked for imperialist intervention.

This five years of civil war left 250.000 deaths, endless suffering, the immigration of over 3 millions of refugees and it devastated most of cities. And even so, everything points to civil war's end is far from coming and revolutionaries still have answers to give. Seeking the development of revolutionary and worker's vanguard in order to finish capitalist barbarism in Syria, transforming it's democratic revolution into a socialist revolution.

Besides those places run by Bashar Al-Assad, FSA, Jabhat Al-Nusra, Daesh and the PYD there is a sixth place: those places under independent Local Coordination Committees (LCC) control. These organisms, through few, are independent of their forces control and it gathers workers, peasants and soldiers. Those are the organism to develop and where the Worker's Revolutionary Party of Syria must be built. In all the other places run by the other forces revolutionaries must work underground, developing militias, always with the imperialist forces and it's allies defeat as one of the main goal's. For the defeat of imperialist forces and it's allies in Syria! Down with Al-Assad and Daesh! To develop, expand and arm the LCC in order to fight for power! For a provisional government of the LCC and it's call for a Constituent Assembly in whole Syria! And in that Constituent Assembly revolutionaries must fight for Syria's rupture with all it's ties with imperialist powers, for the nationalization of the industry and the workers management, for the nationalization of the banking system and the external commerce, for the agrarian reform, for the splitting of religion from the state, for the equality of rights between women and men, for the self-determination rights of the Kurds, etc. And with those struggles ahead, to fight for a workers revolutionary alternative in order to fight for power.

Because only the workers revolutionary government is the one kind of government that can carry on with that program and to end with the misery, the war and barbarism of capitalism, expanding the revolution to Asia, Africa, Europe and the rest of the world.

Hace casi 6 años, Mohammad Bouazizi, un joven desempleado, se prendió fuego en Túnez y sin saberlo prendió la mecha en el mundo árabe. La crisis capitalista del 2008 pegaba, y sigue pegando, con gran intensidad principalmente en África del Norte y Asia Central, pero hoy sin la misma respuesta política de las masas. Y como un reguero de pólvora ese proceso de revolución democrática se extendió a una docena de países, siendo Túnez, Libia, Egipto y Siria donde las masas más se hicieron escuchar. En esos países hubo inmensas movilizaciones, feroces represiones, golpes de estados, revoluciones y también guerras civiles.Particularmente en Siria, a poco más de un año de la revolución tunecina, y tras el triunfo de la rebelión en Libia, las movilizaciones pidiendo apertura democrática son brutalmente reprimidas por el régimen del partido Baath conducido por Bashsar Al-assad. El Ejército sirio se partió y surgió el Ejército Sirio Libre (ESL) que -creando el Consejo Nacional Sirio- controla las regiones centrales de Siria, y pasó a ser controlado prontamente por el imperialismo norteamericano a través de Arabia Saudita y Qatar. Estos países que, junto a Turquía, financiaban a los yihadistas del norte de Irak como a Jabhat Al-nusra y al Estado Islámico -ISIS o Daesh, que es una ruptura del primero- que avanzaba desde Irak hacia la región del Levante en Siria creando un Califato. Y, recién en el 2014, como reacción a este Califato brutalmente represivo, los kurdos sirios dirigidos por el PYD (partido demócrata-pequeño-burgués del ex-maoísta Ocalan) se revelan creando una zona autónoma al norte de Siria. Jugando a partir de allí un rol muy progresivo, destacándose las milicias de mujeres que hicieron retroceder al Daesh de la región de Rojava. Y a esta situación se le suma el doble juego del gobierno turco de Erdogan que por un lado apoya al imperialismo de la OTAN pero por abajo apoya financieramente, comprándole petróleo, al Califato para que derrote a los kurdos sirios que con su región autónoma son un pié de apoyo para el separatismo kurdo-turco. A todo esto, en el 2014, Estados Unidos y potencias europeas, intervienen con autorización de Al-assad bombardeando al ISIS, y, a finales del 2015, Rusia interviene apoyando al régimen de Al-assad contra el yihadismo pero también bombardeando regiones controladas por fracciones del ESL.Otro actor del conflicto alineado con Al-assad, pero también con los EE.UU., es Irán que no puede permitir la existencia de un radicalizado Califato sunni-salafista, la otra rama del islam contraria a los chiitas iraníes, que primero intervino con tropas del Hezbollah del Líbano y posteriormente fortaleció con ayuda y milicias al vapuleado ejército iraquí (mientras, como moneda de cambio, negoció tratados con los EE.UU. sobre proliferación nuclear). Y a principios del 2016, el Partido de la Unión Democrática (PYD), dirección política de Rojava, negoció con los EE.UU. y las fuerzas de la OTAN la entrada de tropas imperialistas en esa región, de esa forma su rol de progresivo pasó a ser contrarrevolucionario; como lo fue el rol del Ejército Sirio Libre (que hoy ya no existe como en el 2012, porque está fragmentado en infinidad de milicias descentralizadas) cuando se proponía como cabecera de playa para la entrada del imperialismo.
Estos cinco años de guerra civil han dejado 250.000 muertos, provocado infinitos sufrimientos, la huida de más de tres millones de refugiados y ha devastado a la mayoría de las ciudades. Sin embargo, a pesar de esto, todo indica que el final de la guerra civil está lejano en el horizonte, y los revolucionarios tienen todavía muchas respuestas para dar. Buscando el desarrollo de una vanguardia obrera y revolucionaria para terminar con la tremenda barbarie capitalista en Siria, transformando esa revolución democrática en revolución socialista. Aparte de las zonas controladas por Al-assad, el Ejército Sirio Libre, Daesh, Jabhat Al-nusra y PYD-Rojava existe un sexto sector: las zonas controladas por los comités de coordinación locales. Estos organismos, aunque limitados, son independientes de la influencia de los otros sectores y agrupan a trabajadores, campesinos y soldados. Esos son los organismos a desarrollar y allí es donde se debe construir el partido revolucionario de los trabajadores. En todos los otros sectores controlados por las otras fuerzas hay que luchar clandestinamente formando milicias, siempre poniendo por delante la derrota militar del imperialismo y sus aliados; ¡Por la derrota de las fuerzas de los países imperialistas y sus aliados en Siria! ¡Abajo el Al-assad y Daesh! ¡Por el desarrollo, la expansión y el armamento de los Comités de Coordinación Locales para la lucha por el poder! ¡Por un gobierno provisional de estos Comités de Coordinación Locales que llamen a una Asamblea Constituyente en toda Siria! Donde los revolucionarios socialistas deben luchar por la ruptura de los pactos que atan a Siria al imperialismo; por la estatización sin pago, y bajo control obrero, de los sectores más importantes de la industria y los servicios; por la estatización de la banca y el comercio exterior; por la nacionalización y reparto de la tierra; por la separación de la religión y el estado; por la igualdad de derechos entre mujeres y hombres; por la autodeterminación de los kurdos, etc. Y a caballo de esas luchas construir una alternativa revolucionaria de los trabajadores para luchar por el poder. Porque sólo un Gobierno Revolucionario de los Trabajadores, es el único gobierno que puede llevar adelantes este programa, y terminar con la miseria, la guerra y toda esta barbarie capitalista, impulsando la revolución a toda Asia central, África, Europa y el Mundo.
